Lubie® #57

A high grade synthetic oil designed to be used in guided gang saws. Lubie® #57 is formulated to provide maximum lubrication at the babbit / steel interface of circular guided gang saws. Additionally, Lubie® #57 cools and retards resin build-up along with providing outstanding rust and corrosion protection.

Lubie® #57 is commonly used at 2% to 5% dilution ratios with water and is injected directly into the babbit puck feed line. Because Lubie® #57 is a straight oil and will not mix with water it can not be made-up or used with bulk tanks. Additionally Lubie® #57 does not contain silicones, petroleum solvents or other regulated polluting chemicals and will not stain or discolor wood.
