Lubie® #59

A concentrated high-grade synthetic emulsifiable lubricant designed to be used in guided gang saws. Lubie® #59 is formulated to provide maximum lubrication at the babbit / steel interface of circular guided gang saws. Additionally, Lubie® #59 cools and retards resin build-up along with providing outstanding rust and corrosion protection.

Lubie® #59 is commonly used at 2% to 5% dilution ratios with water in bulk tank or injection systems. Additionally Lubie® #59 does not contain silicones, petroleum solvents or other regulated polluting chemicals and will not stain or discolor wood.

Lubie® #59 is non-flammable, non-toxic and biodegradable. It does not contain any chemicals listed in SARA Title III, Section 313 or in OSHA 29 CFR 1910
