The Industry's Largest Selection of Fluid Control Valves

Dispensing adhesives and sealants, such as epoxies, urethanes, silicones, mastics, or lubricants can be troublesome and messy. Cleanup of material drips and run-on between bead and shot applications is time consuming and costly.  Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc. has a solution to these problems with its full range of high-pressure, automatic, air operated Snuf-Bak™ and No-Drip® series dispense valves.

Snuf-Bak and No-Drip valves are designed for positive on/off flow control. The unique snuff-back closing action assures a clean, drip-free cut-off of messy materials. They are ideal for dispensing paste-like, cohesive, and high-viscosity materials.

When dispensing lower-viscosity, level-seeking or abrasive materials - 1 to 50,000 CPS, the No-Drip carbide series valve is recommended. The complete line-up of fluid control valves is tested (production proven). They are the valves of choice when rugged dependability is essential.

Let our experienced application engineers work with you to correctly select one of over 400 Dispense Valves to satisfy your demanding production requirements.

Snuf-Bak™ Dispense Valve
The Snuf-Bak closing action ensures that when the material flow is shut off, material does not continue to string or drool. The valve can be used in automated systems, either robotic or fixtured, as well as in manually-applied configurations. The 2200-727 is designed for a wide range of manufacturing and assembly markets. The valve weighs 1 3/4 lbs., and is rated at 3,000 psi working pressure. The air-to-open/air-to-close valve features standard wear-resistant seals, hardened needle and seat to resist abrasion, and a 1/4 npt(f) inlet and outlet that accepts a broad range of dispense nozzles. The valve includes a .39" diameter hole for fixturing. A fixture rod may be secured and locked in position using the 1/4-20 UNC tapped hole intersecting with the fixtured hole. Models are also available with stainless steel wetted components, flow adjustments, proximity switches and handles.

No-Drip® Dispense Valve
Newly introduced by Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc., is its 2100-108 No-Drip dispense valve. The valve assures unrestrictive flow and rapid starting and stopping of even the most viscous materials. The double air-operated valve is designed for automatic dispensing of single-component adhesives or sealants, as well as two-component reactive materials that require solvent flushing. Even flow of materials is achieved through the valve's divorced design air piston operating a material valve with carbide ball and hardened seat. Additionally, the high-pressure valve is designed for a 3,500 psi working pressure. The air-to-open/air-to-close valve has standard Teflon packings and 1/4" npt(f) inlet and outlet. The outlet accepts a broad range of plastic and metal dispense nozzles.  The fixture rod may be secured in position using the 1/4-20 UNC set screw hole intersecting the fixture hole. The valve's inlet port may be rotated 360°.

Tip-Seal™ Dispense Valve
air operated valves are for automated application of beads or 'drops' of RTV Silicones, Urethanes, or other stringy one component materials. The closing action effectively cuts off the material on closing leaving no trailing and therefore, no mess !!

Their compact design incorporating a zero cavity nozzle assembly offers the perfect dispensing solution for such materials.

All Tip-Seal™ valves are designed for easy fixturing / mounting to suit most automation applications.

SEE-FLO® 7
Adjustable ratio, two component meter / mix / dispense system. Recommended for dispensing low to medium viscosity materials.

Double acting metering cylinders allow continuous, on demand flow or metered 'volumetric shots' of mixed materials with no reload delay between parts.

An immense variety of industrial products is processed with this production proven machine. Air powered positive displacement meter pumps with 'hard stop' shot controls and disposable mixers has given the SEE-FLO 7 a legendary reputation for durability and versatility in a broad range of applications including potting, encapsulating, and casting.

Either floor or cart mounted, the system is available with a broad selection of controls and material supply options.

SEE-FLO® 387
Rugged and simple to operate, the SEE-FLO 387 is a bench top, air powered meter / mix system for dispensing precise measured 'shots' of two component low viscosity materials. This machine is ideal for production potting, encapsulating, bonding, or lab type applications.

The AirDraulic™ drive delivers a smooth, pulse free mixed material flow rate.

The volumetric shot size is controlled by the stroke length of the positive displacement metering pistons. Its mechanical HARD STOP ensures extremely accurate shot size repeatability.

SEE-FLO® 690
When the application calls for applying precise beads or shots of difficult to handle abrasive or high viscosity materials, the SEE-FLO 690 is the machine of choice. Features include carbide valving and hardened piston rods that never touch (scrub) the cylinder walls. It is powered by an AirDraulic™ cylinder for precise flow control throughout the dispense cycle.

Low cost, disposable NO-FLUSH mixer nozzles and SNUF-BAK™ dispense valves can be remote mounted over a conveyor for fully automated operations. "Hard Stop" shot size adjustments are simple and dependable.
Multiple SEE-FLO meter / mix / dispense systems can be easily integrated with a production line.

In this example, the dispense machines are mounted on a common frame and controlled by a central PLC. The resin materials are supplied to the machines from a common transfer pump station.

SNUF-BAK™ dispense valves with disposable NO-FLUSH static mixer nozzles are remote mounted over the parts conveyor.

SEE-FLO® 494
This production proven meter / mix / dispense system is well suited for applying uniform beads of two component structural bonding adhesives. AirDraulic™ or hydraulic powered positive displacement metering rods meter the adhesive in exact proportions and dispense at a preset constant flow rate.

The SNUF-BAK™ dispense valve, with the disposable static mixer nozzle, may be hand held or robotically tooled.

SEE-FLO® 582
This air powered, positive displacement, double acting meter, mix and dispense system is well suited for dispensing metered 'shots' or operator controlled quantities of low to medium viscosity material through a NO-FLUSH disposable static mixer. Floor, cart, or pail top mounted, the SEE-FLO 582 is modular and adapted to a wide ranged of production applications.

Similar to the standard system, the SEE-FLO 582-HV is configured for dispensing high viscosity adhesives, sealants, and molding materials.
