The USL System SG is a low cost, low maintenance system designed for single part adhesives.
Controlling the adhesive flow rate is very simple. By increasing the height of the adhesive container you will increase the adhesive flow. By decreasing the height of the adhesive container you will reduce the adhesive flow. In addition, we offer three different fluid nozzle sizes: .031, .070, .096. The air atomization pressure is controlled by using the side port control built into the spray gun. The side port control acts as an air adjusting valve, so you may use your main line air directly on the spray gun without the use of a regulator. The USL System SG2 is a low cost, low maintenance system designed for spraying plural component adhesives. System SG2 relies on a combination of siphon and gravity to deliver the adhesive and a small diaphragm pump to deliver the activator. This system can be used with 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums. With the use of our exclusive Tornado Nozzle, the spray gun will create a sufficient vacuum to draw the adhesive up the siphon tube, out of the container and into the fluid line. Keeping the adhesive container upright and elevating it approximately 6', gravity in addition to the siphoning action of the the nozzle will create a consistent, on-ratio delivery of adhesive.
The air atomization pressure is controlled by using the side port control built into the spray gun. The side port control acts as an air adjusting valve, so you may use your main line air directly on the spray gun without the use of a regulator. The regulated activator pump is mounted on a bracket and has a siphon tube that goes directly into the activator container. The activator line goes from the pump to the gun inside of a lightweight, jacketed, triple hose assembly. This compact activator pump assembly can be mounted on a wall, cart, stand etc.. Pressure Systems: The Beast The Beast is designed to be mounted directly on top of a 5 gallon pail. Without taking the lid off of the pail, and by simply inserting the siphon tube attached to the system, you are instantly ready to spray. 
The Beast is an entire spray system contained on a lid. It consists of a high volume 7 gpm double diaphragm pump. The controlling fluid and air atomization regulators are mounted along side the pump. The air inlet is located on the side. After the system is mounted on a pail, the 4 lock screws are tightened along the radius of the system. This securely attaches the system to the pail and allows the user to pick up the system by its handle and take it to any location.The Beast can be outfitted with your current gun or you can choose from our variety of pre-tested guns that best fit your needs. Our optional light nylon, coaxial, jacketed hose assembly is ideal for preventing fatigue. Spray Guns 
95T The 95T is a Binks gun outfitted with the exclusive USL Tornado Nozzle. This gun is used for the application of single component water based adhesives.The Tornado Nozzle not only creates a vacuum for better fluid delivery, but also reduces overspray by dispersion through a circular spray pattern. In addition, the 95T has a built-in air adjusting valve for convenient air atomization control and a non-adjustable fluid control knob to prevent unnecessary adhesive build up in the fluid nozzle. 
95PCXT The 95PCXT is a Binks gun outfitted with the exclusive USL, plural component Tornado Nozzle assembly. This gun is used for the application of plural component water based adhesives.The Tornado Nozzle not only creates a vacuum for better fluid delivery, but also reduces overspray by dispersion through a circular spray pattern. The activator is injected externally into the stream of adhesive and is mixed outside of the fluid nozzle for a consistent, on-ratio delivery of both components. In addition, the 95T has a built-in air adjusting valve for convenient air atomization control and a non-adjustable fluid control knob to prevent unnecessary adhesive build up in the fluid nozzle. |
